Happy Friday!
And welcome to today’s edition of ‘Conscious living with Purnima’. Going forward, I will share with you one practice each week to put into action. The practices will be based on the day's topic of discussion, and will be in a video form.
This new format is born out of a discussion I had with my regular reader who also happens to be my cousin. We got talking recently & he suggested that I try a different way of engaging with my readers. So here it is.
Do let me know what you think in comments :)
The almost 80 years old Harvard study on happiness, reveals that close relationships, more than money or fame, is what keeps people happy & healthy throughout their lives.
As we kick-start a New Year how about consciously focusing on strengthening our relationships and making them more meaningful? I am confident it would really be worth the effort.
Today, I have a simple practice for you to implement immediately.
First, make a list of all the people with whom you want to build a closer & more loving relationship.
Now start working with the list: one person at a time. Refer to the video below for the practice to put into action.
Over time do expand this list to include more & more people, not just friends and family but also acquaintances and strangers 💗 Life is beautiful when we can be just a little more loving, don't you think?

“To be fully seen by somebody, then, and be loved anyhow — this is a human offering that can border on miraculous.”
— Elizabeth Gilbert
Innovation and novel way to connect with your readers. Gr8 going.
