As the world gets noisier I feel there is an increasing need to have the right mindset, systems, and reminders to step back and not lose the art of living with joy, presence and a strong hold on what matters most to our hearts and souls ❤️ ✨ This need prompted me to work on a 4 Part series on "Finding the lost art of living". This is a work in progress and I will start to share the posts with you from next week.
The series will include:
Part 1:
Finding 'fun & play' in everyday life.
Part 2:
Finding 'pockets of silence' in everyday life.
Part 3:
Finding 'our voice to better articulate what we feel' as we go through everyday life.
Part 4:
Finding ‘ways to move forward where we find ourselves stuck’ and practicing ‘letting go’ as a way of life.
As always I will share with you my personal experiences that shape my learning along with external research I do through reading.
