I love the reminder to consider the body and movement sacred. I remember in a Nia training I did along time ago learning that sacred means "dedicated to..." and that your body is sacred because it is dedicated to serving you, your whole life. Hey, btw I have a subscriber who is a 67 year old yoga contortionist who defies all the stereotypes, if you ever want to have a guest to interview!

Nice! I enjoy your writing! Every time when you stress some point, upon which, I am having conflicts of thoughts, you bang on my head and say" this is not right..this is what right"

.

It's human tendency to compare and contrast and go to competition mode! Then the realisation comes...there is no competition here! No need to prove anything to anyone... I Do what i like , what makes me feel happy..! If I think like this then there is no stress... It's easy to do even the harder stuff...coz I am doing for myself!
