Good as always. kindling our inside energy to think and introspect. Further, the quotes shared inbetween the lines, really wonderful. Keep writing.

Beautiful. I dance, I sit on the naked earth and I tone and flit about the garden.

I cry out latching inside bathroom.

Really it helps me a lot to move on..

I can't tolerate pressure building up inside without venting it out!

Since there is a maya " so called bold girl" created about me amongst the colleagues and family members I am bit uncomfortable to break down when people are around...

Since we know the fact that nothing is permanent in this world, change is the unchangeable thing, knowing these facts dwelling in the sorrow is not going to fetch us anything. Just cry out silent and quickly move out..

I also have three habits which makes me to feel better in such situations.. Two are bad one is good... Good one is I buy a plant whenever I am down!/( actually I can start even a nursery..that much I have bought)😝

Second thing is binge eating..( which I have reduced a lot, /but binge watching🤭🤭) this binging on things I have to bring it to zero. Third thing is going for a long ride in the east coast road... 🤔

Almost 90% of the times I am making sure that I do not react like a serial actors to every overwhelming situation.. I stand out of mano and think like a third person and handle the situation...but it's not possible when it comes to the health of our dear ones.

But it's ok.

It's not a big deal to deal with a deadly situation..., as we have learnt the art of breaking the bad news.., I give time, postpone my reaction to that particular situation... Rarely bursting out, too🤣🙄

Purnima, i went through some difficult times last year, my father was on oxygen support for 4 months and no one knew which way we were going, there was this overwhelming feeling. I reached out to FB support group and to one old friend who went through the same thing, it have me so much of peace. I enrolled for some online classes which I enjoyed and took my mind off for some time. Some times we hesitate to reach out to support groups...these groups are so good, you get so much of assurance and feeling that you are not alone, that's such a comforting feeling.

Thanks for sharing your experience Shubha. Yes, I totally agree with you on reaching out to a support group..when I was pregnant with Keya i used to be part of this online group of women who were going to deliver babies around the same time. We called our group, "July Mommies". You won't believe we are still connected after 9 years..best part, i haven't even met a single person in person 🙂 still we have such a strong bond and connection and anything related to our kids we openly discuss 🙂 so yes, never underestimate the power of a community and in today's times online community's work well too :)

Loved today’s chapter. I think I am following most of them. Am packing off to Cochin to just meet my old school friends and college mates. Staying with my close friend there for a few days. Just doing what makes me happy and my friends are looking forward too.Meeting after almost 45 years 😁😁
