My personal view: I draw lot of energy, when I work around 2k kids, and try to imbibe in my day-day working style. Try to keep a healthy lifestyle, by practicing Yoga /walking. Making friends and knowing something new about them.
You're right. 40 is 40. 50 is 50. And 55 is 55. Having recently lost a friend (my age) I would add that being around and being able to actively celebrate your birthday is in itself a blessing. So, gratitude first 😊
Seriously committing to learning atleast one new thing a year. Need to commit to the daily movement practice and strength training too...
Nice read! The part that resonated the most with me is “ageing gracefully”. I liked the idea of learning something new every year. I wish I had the discipline to pursue that goal.
