Here's what's worked for me, & the lessons i have culled out from my own life experience:

Daily exercise, meditation, Journaling: I have learnt to stop depending on motivation & rely on discipline. This has helped me stay consistent and experience benefits

Nutrition: Making myself accountable by sharing my plates with my "Daily meal log group" or on my Insta stories has overtime made good nutrition habits stick

Activity: I have been having an active lifestyle for many years now and I know that's the reason why I feel good in my body today and have very minimal aches and pains. I am more than convinced that "movement is medicine" so am conscious of adding movement each day.

Key learnings for me from my own life that I can use to build better habits are:

# Discipline over motivation

# Making myself accountable in some way

# remaining conscious and aware of what's helping me & what's not

Talking on one's routine to keep a healthy habit -- Ensure I go for yoga classes in the morning, which not only helps keep fresh, but also motivated and grounded throught the day.
