I've started to ask: "What would bring me joy that will also bring me closer to my health goals?" For me, I love doing sit-ups/crunches with my mantra sports bodyball! I also find my water tastes better when I bless it! "With love and gratitude I send you back to the void and call you back in the patterns of perfection, dissolving all impurities and transmuting all harmful imprints into beneficial substances on a quantum and physical level. Thank you. I love you, water! Please send this message to ALL water!"

I also love to dance (but my body hurts if I walk or run too much...organic movement suits me better!) Here is a little dance to enjoy! I use it to pray and spread good intentions, too :)
