So beautifully expressed. Simple things forgotten frequently, right?

I try to constantly accept the following

Whomsoever I meet is the right person

Whatever happened is the only thing that could have happened

There is no wrong moment for anything to happen

What is over, is over

These have helped me reconcile each time I have questioned myself

Easily said than done. There are many times I have fought the above, but eventually it happens and life moves on. And I end up being a better learner.

Thank you so much Purnima for reminding these simple joys of life constantly.

Great writing... Freedom has always been important to me .... I mean the space I want from everyone and everything.... But not the ease... My mind is made in such a way that it keeps on calculating or anticipating about what next ... I would consider that it's an occupational hazard or peer pressure or side effects of being over ambitious, I was in hyper alert state that caused subclinical anxiety and I used found solace with food.. if I am happy I eat..if I am sad then also I eat.. But realisation happened just few years ago about what I am , what I want to be, and what I want ... Mental health that is ease of mind is more important to enjoy your achievements and accolades...

Gave off the feel of peer pressure... And started following one thing at a time and live for the present.. now nothing is haunting me... I m at peace, ease ,and joyful...

Omg...u made me to jargon... Sorry if u feel it's too much

2B is my go to

My all time favourite for decades now is the 'Desiderata'. A couple of lines from that –

'...Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.

You are a child of the universe

no less than the trees and the stars;

you have a right to be here...'

Read it if you haven't already done so 😊
