What is a sustainable habit really? In my opinion, anything you decide to do of your own accord becomes sustainable. I am grateful I have been able to work with the same clients for over 5 years as this has enabled me to witness their transformation.

In this conversation with Mr Alok Ranjan, the founder of Fiterobic, a health tech platform that integrates cutting-edge technology to empower experts in enabling everyone to live a fulfilling life, I share my views on building sustainable healthy habits for long term good health. My views are based on a decade of experience in building & coaching clients to adopt healthier habits.

There are so many things that get missed when we are setting out on our journey to better health and fitness. And the first thing that's missed is a good understanding of our own lives - our mindset, current habits, current environment, life stage and other barriers. Without this self-awareness it can be hard to set goals that are relevant and achievable, a key starting point to set the stage for future success on our journey. Honoring our lives is so important. But often missed in our "let's do what others are doing" culture.

We discuss many other things such as key habits to look at cultivating, how to go about it and be successful.

Do give it a listen. It's less than 35 minutes. You can choose to multitask listening to it with walking, cooking, or doing household chores 🙂

If you do listen, then let me know which part of the conversation struck a chord with you. If you don't agree with something, then let me know about that too. I would love to hear what you think.

And if you aren't consciously focusing on how, you can improve your health and fitness, then do see this podcast as a reminder to💪🙌
