For this episode I have with me my Client Nisha, who has achieved her weight loss goals, is feeling a lot healthier and happier. She will be sharing with us her methods that are easy to apply, and effective.
So many wonderful points such as making small changes and sticking to them for a while, being regular with exercise, gradually increasing activity and pre planning meals for success, are brought out through this conversation.
