We are more present when we are rooted in the body. But oftentimes we lose this rootedness as our minds become distracted by the outside world. A body scan is a great way to bring that lost awareness back inside and respond to life from our very core.
Try this short body scan meditation practice in my voice. I have not added any background music to it. Please consider whatever sounds you hear in your surroundings as the background music :)
